To confirm the reservation, you need to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price. This deposit is refundable up to 30 days before the start of the stay.

30 days before the start, it is necessary to pay 100% of the price of the stay, including the price for cleaning and a refundable deposit of EUR 150. This deposit will be returned after the inspection of the apartment after it has been handed over.

It is also possible to arrange a cheaper taxi from the airport on request.
